We manufacture manual electric motor winding products (coils before insulating varnish treatment).
From winding to product inspection, we have a large production capacity even though it is manual work, covering everything from prototypes to mass production.
Any of wattes, number of poles and adding accessories (temperature sensor, etc...) is possible within the range of round wires.
Of course, on manual process, the production capacity depends on the skills of each person,so through in-house training, and recruit human resources who have acquired production experience in Japan through the Technical Intern Training Program, we are constantly striving to improve our production capacity and secure the technical capabilities necessary for new fields.
As a result, it is possible to improve work efficiency, propose work content from the viewpoint of quality stability, investigate the cause when an abnormality occurs, and formulate a countermeasure plan.
Recently, we are training technical for human resources dispatched to Japan, collecting local supplier's necessary information (not only work content, production ability, economic stability, prototype instructions, etc...), local information on labor and factory operating costs for evaluation production in Vietnam, and have acquired the ability to make unique proposals to our customers.
